
Data Analysis
GO was a strategic branding consultancy that included Data Intelligence, Brand Activation, and Sales Enablement services. My role as head of Data Intelligence included developing a deep understanding of the client, their market, and their problems. In addition to client-facing deliverables such as research docs & product whitepapers, my work served as inputs into the other two disciplines. Over the course of 2020, we worked with 18 brands across software, hardware, insurance, wellness, and real estate.
Social Listening
One of our differentials as a consultancy was our heavy use of data to inform brand and sales decisions. I co-opted a research tool called Gephi to identify opportunities in positioning, messaging, and conversational in-roads. This perceptual mapping formed the basis for much of our downstream work and would later fuel my work at Mainline.
Product Whitepapers
GO's primary product was called the GO Kit. One of my major deliverables was an extensive ecosystem whitepaper that not only served as a sales enablement piece but also as a large content base for blogs and social media posting.

Market Research
My primary deliverable was a large research and insights document which included audience & competitor analysis, keyword research, sales channels, buyer personas, and specific roles to target as champions and decision-makers in prospect organizations.
